William M. Pendzinski has worked in the water well industry for over 15 years, many of which were hands-on field experience. He started his career at Layne Christensen as a pipe threader, then began with Water Well Solutions as a lead field superintendent specializing in our swaging tool technology and water well rehabilitations applications throughout the United States. Bill is part of the safety culture and has worked in many of the industrial plants in Northern, IL. Bill now serves as an Operations Manager at the Illinois Division.
